Cersaie 2022

We attended Cersaie fair in Bolgna, Italy this year after 2 years rest because of COVID-19 pandemic.

From our experience, the trend obviously that many factories still focus on big slab size (for feature wall, furniture, and kitchen countertop). Besides, small size Brick Tile, Travertine Look, Marble Look and Cement Look Design Tiles are also popular in this Cersaie still.

We found some new size: 75x200mm Bricks/ 800x1600mm/ 250x1600mm Wood Look Tile.

Technical part: Many factories’ resolution of tile digital Ink Jet Print is getting more and more mature, which allow to achieve great resolution.

EMIL Group: 60+1 Party in Sassouolo

In every end of September, the biggest Tile Exhibition always happened in Bologna, Italy.

However, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Cersaie Fair was stopped in 2020. Also, we didn’t go back Bologna in 2021 too.

Since the Pandemic is more stable now, we can make ourselves back to Bologna!!!

"Shield" - Anti Bacterial Tile launched by EMIL Group

Italy - EMIL Group launched "Shield" technology this year. Shield is a built-in technology based on silver particles whose most interesting property is the activation without any need of light, UV or other natural elements. It decreases the bacterial charge up to 99.9% in any condition. The use of Shield gives more strength to the ceramic hygienic property, which would be anyway higher than other natural material, such as wood, natural stones, polymeric surfaces, etc.
